Do You Often Feel…

Stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you want to be? Maybe you’re a people pleaser with a big heart, always showing up for others but rarely feeling the same care in return. Or perhaps you’re the “strong friend,” the one who uplifts everyone around you but longs for a safe space to let your guard down. If you’ve experienced trauma, you may be searching for a gentle, compassionate environment to process, cope, and heal.

We often forget that we deserve the same care that we show others. At Glo Counseling Services, our mission is to provide that safe space where you can set down your armor, focus on your healing, and rediscover the care and compassion you truly deserve.

Nina specializes in topics such as trauma, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem and confidence, inner child wounds and reparenting self, relationship and friendship issues, boundaries, coping skills, and mindfulness. Nina works with adults and teens ages 16 and up.
